Led by Ottawa’s finest Pastry Chefs, you’ll learn professional techniques, kitchen tips, and recipes you can recreate at home for years to come making summer treats- Berry Cake Style.

In this class, participants will:

• learn to make the perfect sponge cake
• learn how to decorate sponge cake with edible paint decor
• learn to make a perfect cream filling
• learn how to roll up your cake
• decorate with filings, buttercream and edible flowers; your own masterpiece!
• receive 1 beverage to enjoy during class
• bring home a fully decorated cake to share (and showoff) with friends and family
• A morning of baking memories and the skills and recipes to make this special dessert time and again
