Led by an Ottawa Chef, you’ll learn professional techniques, kitchen tips, and recipes you can recreate at home for years to come.

In this class, participants will:
- Learn authentic dumpling-making techniques from scratch
- Prepare fresh dumpling fillings and hand-fold a variety of dumplings
- Master pleating, sealing, and cooking methods
- Enjoy an appetizer at the start of class and non alcoholic beverage
- Sit down and dine together at the end of class to enjoy your freshly made dumplings
- Take home recipes and techniques to continue the tradition at home
