Join our Cordon Bleu trained chefs for a new series of Winter culinary classes for 2026.
In this class, participants will:
- learn the recipe and technique to bake a selection of elegant high-tea treats, including scones, tea cakes, biscuits, mini cakes, and tartlets
- learn professional tips, including easy methods to decorate and style your pastries
- enjoy your creations together at a beautifully styled high-tea table
- a fun and memorable experience to share with your favourite baking partner
- sip homemade hot chocolate and seasonal teas in a warm, festive atmosphere
- no prep or clean-up required; just pure baking fun!
Adult pairs or participants ages 10yrs plus can pair with an adult

Class will be held at 30 Rosemount ave (Hintonburg)
