Join our Cordon Bleu trained chefs for a new series of Winter culinary classes for 2026.
In this class, participants will:
- learn the recipe and technique to making perfect traditional French pastry by hand
- learn professional tips including easy methods to rolling out dough and ensuring perfect flakiness
- learn in a professional teaching kitchen along other keen bakers
- small bites and special treats offered, coffee, tea.
- no prep or clean-up required; just pure baking fun!
For youth, ages 9-16 + adult duo, or duo of both 13+. Price is per pair.
Class will be held at 30 Rosemount ave (Hintonburg)
All Ingredients and equipment provided.
Registrations are final and non-refundable. Please notify if you are not able to attend and wish to transfer your event registration.
