Step into the magic of the season with a festive, hands-on Gingerbread House Activity designed for families, friends, siblings, and anyone who loves holiday baking. Guided by Professional Pastry Chefs and Chocolate Masters, you’ll craft an edible holiday centerpiece using artisanal gingerbread, homemade royal icing, chocolates, candies, and festive treats.
More than a baking class, this is a joyful holiday experience filled with homemade hot cocoa and whipped cream, festive music, seasonal ambiance, creativity, and plenty of memory-making all taking place in our commercial kitchen and dining space. At the end, you’ll take home your beautifully decorated Gingerbread House to enjoy as a centerpiece throughout the holidays.
Your Gingerbread Experience
During this 2-hour hands-on class, participants will:

Learn to make the perfect gingerbread using the Julianna Banana recipe

Build and decorate their own Gingerbread House with chocolates, candies, festive treats, and homemade coloured royal icing

Roll, cut, bake, and decorate Gingerbread Cookies to accompany their house

Enjoy homemade hot cocoa with whipped cream

A Holiday Activity to Share
This experience is perfect for family-member pairs, including parent and junior chef, grandparent and junior chef, teen siblings, and tween or teen pairs. Younger chefs will need adult assistance to build their house—making it an ideal opportunity to slow down, get creative, and enjoy some festive family time together.
The fee is per pair/DUO, with single-participant registration also available. Please provide the name(s) of participants at checkout.

Cancellation Policy
Due to class preparation, registrations are final and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist with a transfer where feasible. Julianna Banana reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes if necessary; in such cases, a full refund will be provided.
