Led by a Professional Pastry Chef, this joyful session invites participants to bake, roll, and decorate their very own traditional holiday Yule log from start to finish.
All ingredients, tools, and aprons are provided, so you can focus entirely on learning, creating, and enjoying the experience together. Participants will explore key pastry techniques, including how to prepare a light and airy sponge cake, craft delicious seasonal fillings, and master the art of rolling a classic Bûche de Noël. The decorating portion brings the magic of the season to life as you finish your Yule log with festive touches like sugared cranberries, chocolate décor, and holiday details.
Throughout the workshop, enjoy the warmth of homemade hot chocolate, a selection of teas, and a cozy environment filled with holiday music. The atmosphere is designed to spark creativity, inspire joy, and help you slow down and savour the Holidays.
