Back by popular demand, this French dessert delicacy returns to the Julianna Banana kitchen classroom this Summer!

Led by Ottawa’s finest Pasty Chefs, you’ll learn professional techniques, kitchen tips, and recipes you can recreate at home for years to come making macarons!

Participants will learn how to master the art of making the delicate Macaron shells, the oh-so-delicious filling and super fun ways to decorate them!

In this class, participants will:

• Learn the recipe and essential techniques for making perfect traditional French macarons by hand
• Learn professional tips, including proper piping, resting shells, and achieving smooth tops
• take home your very own macarons and the skills to make them again
• no prep or clean-up required; just pure baking fun!
• receive 1 beverage to enjoy during class plus tasty treats
