The Summer Workshop you don’t want to miss.! Led by Ottawa’s talented Pastry Chef, you’ll learn professional techniques, kitchen tips, and recipes you can recreate at home for years to come making summer pastry treats- Lemon Style.

In this class, participants will:

• learn the recipe and technique to making perfect traditional French pastry by hand
• learn professional  tips including easy methods to rolling out dough and ensuring perfect flakiness
• make classic lemon cream
• make beautiful meringue and decorate their tarts with a kitchen torch of course !
• learn in a professional teaching kitchen along other keen bakers
• receive 1 beverage to enjoy during class and some tasty treats
• Bring home a 9inch tart or 6 tarttlettes to share (and show off) with friends and family!
• Memories to last for a lifetime and the skills to make the recipes time and again .

For adults, ages 16+ (very keen teenager baking enthusiasts also welcome- please email us)
