Led by Ottawa’s pastry chefs, you’ll learn professional techniques, kitchen tips, and recipes you can recreate at home for years to come.

In this class, participants will build and decorate their own Bento Box Two Layer Cakes complete with fillings and step by step piping techniques. Give your master junior baker the chance to learn the true tricks of the trade with our professional pastry chefs.
