Follow along with step by step instruction by Cordon Blue trained hosts and make your very own decadent cake for Mother’s Day!

In this class, participants:

  • learn the tricks to making perfect, moist cake
  • cut, slice and assemble their very own individual cake
  • fill each cake with a variety of  fillings & sauces, ganache and more!
  • learn tips and tricks on ganache
  • learn a variety of decorating techniques with different piping tips
  • learn about buttercream and frosting
  • work with gourmet sprinkles
  • participants go home with fully decorated gourmet Cakes!
  • Enjoy Tea and festive music during class                                                                            Classes are run by Cordon Bleu-trained hosts !

Price is per pairs (duo of adult and junior chefs or single adult tickets). All recipes, materials and tools are provided per ticket.

Small Class Size: Limited Spots

Recommended  age: Family Class: Adult and junior chef pairs (junior chefs must be accompanied by adults and be minimum of  8yrs old),

Working with the following allergens: gluten, dairy, eggs

Please note, we do not include tree nuts or peanuts in any of our recipes. However, the kitchen is not a tree nut free licensed facility. Please email us if you have any questions on allergens.
