Join our Cordon Bleu trained chef and learn how to make all your favorites in time for Thanksgiving! Completely interactive & hands-on
In this class, participants will:
- learn the recipe and technique to making beautiful pastry crust
- make dough by hand to better appreciate dough consistency
- learn the trick to rolling out dough and making fancy edges and lattice and braided details
- decorate their pies with fancy professional-style cut-outs
- learn about various traditional fillings;
- Each participant will make and bring home 1 large pie and more just in time for Thanksgiving!
Ages: For all Ages/This registration is for single spot registration for adults. Please indicate name of participant at checkout
Junior Chefs may also participate if paired with a caregiver with additional fee of $30 Make it family fun time.
