In this special 1hr Valentine’s Class, we’ll be getting kids to make some special Valentine’s Treats.

Choco Crumb and Chocolate Ganache Cheesecake in a Jar AND Strawberry Coulis, Strawberry Cheecake in a Jar. 

Kids and Families will learn to:

• make the perfect ganache
• make a chantillly whipped cream
• strawberry coulis
• make a cookie crumble
• assemble and decorate their cheesecake jars; makes the perfect individual portioned Valentine dessert

Join us for a short 1hr class while we come together as a community and raise money for HighJinx,  a local food bank who has especially been affected by the recent turmoil in downtown Ottawa (read more on IG or FB pages).

Detailed Recipe and Ingredients List provided before Class. Students expected to have their ingredients measured for class. This is a virtual Class, zoom details will be provided. Electronic device is required.
