We are thrilled and honored to have guest Chef Nicolas join Julianna Banana to teach our Spring Classes. Chef Nicolas is a world known Chef with decades of experience and the recipient of numerous pastry awards. He has also taught at the prestigious Cordon Bleu Culinary School.
In this class, Chef Nicolas gets participants equipped for Easter with this decadent Raspberry Chaarlotte. In this class, participants will to the following:
- learn how to make this popular French Cake; the Raspberry Charlotte
- learn to make rich fillings including a cream filling
- bake and assemble the Cake components
- decorate with raspberries and Easter Decor (marzipan-optional)
Classes are held virtually via zoom- a list of ingredients will be provided along with zoom link 7 days prior to class.
