We are thrilled and honored to have guest Chef Nicolas join Julianna Banana to kick start spring classes with our fundraiser in support of Ukraine. Chef Nicolas is a world known Chef with decades of experience and the recipient of numerous pastry awards. He has also taught at the prestigious Cordon Bleu Culinary School. In this much anticipated class, he will be showing participants how to make Croque en Bouche aka a Tower of Choux Pastry mounted and decorated with glaze and chocolate! A real treat for Julianna Banana Families and not to be missed.

In this 2hr family class (adults required), participants will learn how to do the following:
- make and bake choux pastry
- make a cream filing and fill the pastry
- make a glaze (yellow and blue) in honor of Ukraine fundraiser and glaze their pastry (or choose other colours)
- attach their pastry on pre-made cones to form a tower (tree of profiteroles/cream puffs)
Participants will be required to make a cone using construction paper, scissors and tape prior to class. Classes are held virtually via zoom- a list of ingredients will be provided along with zoom link 7 days prior to class.
