In this 2hr HANDS ON culinary class, participants learn how to make perfect profiteroles, Chantilly cream and glazes.

Learn professional tips from our Cordon Bleu-trained chefs and go home with profiteroles , recipes and and cherished memories!

In this class, participants will:

  • learn the recipe and tricks to making choux pastry-profiteroles
  • learn to make Chantilly cream
  • Learn to make glazes
  • Learn to fill each profiterole using piping techniques
  • learn professional piping techniques and decorating techniques
  • Each participant will make 6 professional profiteroles!
