We are thrilled and honored to have guest Chef Nicolas join Julianna Banana to teach our Spring Classes. Chef Nicolas is a world known Chef with decades of experience and the recipient of numerous pastry awards. He has also taught at the prestigious Cordon Bleu Culinary School.
In this class, Chef Nicolas gets kids and families making delectable Easter treats that make the perfect dessert for your Easter celebration! Kids will be showing these off; have them also package them up and gift to friends and neighbors. In this class, participants will learn the following:
- learn how to make and assemble no bake truffle chocolates
- decorate their truffles using chocolate, sprinkles and candy
- piping skills galore
- learn to make Easter nests for their truffles
- Perfect for eating, gifting to friends and using to decorate your Easter table!
Classes are held virtually via zoom- a list of ingredients will be provided along with zoom link prior to class.
