In this class, participants will make French Pastry Lemon Meringue Tart!

In this 2.5 hour class, participants will:

• learn the recipe and technique to making perfect traditional French pastry by hand
• make French pastry from scratch
• learn professional  tips including easy methods to rolling out dough and ensuring perfect flakiness
• make classic lemon curd
• make beautiful meringue and decorate their tarts
• learn in a professional teaching kitchen along other keen bakers
• Each participant will receive 1 beverage to enjoy during class

For adults only.  Perfect activity to experience with a friend, spouse or on your own! Come bake some memories with us.
