Join our Cordon Bleu trained chef in this LIVE ONLINE CLASS and learn how to make perfect pumpkin cupcakes with classic cinnamon (cream cheese) frostings and beautiful decor just in time for Thanksgiving!

In this class, participants will:

• learn the recipe and tricks to making beautiful moist cupcakes
• make a smooth batter and learn how to pipe cupcake tins
• make smooth frostings using simple ingredients (learn how to make a cream cheese frostings too)
• learn professional piping techniques
• learn professional decorating techniques
• Each participant will make 12 professional style pumpkin cupcakes  just in time for Thanksgiving!

This is an online class. Participants will receive a detailed recipe & ingredients list AND zoom log in details 7 days before class. We use easy to find ingredients to make shopping simple.

For all ages. We recommend that for children participating, to have an adult close by for when it comes time to use ovens.
