Ages:  Registration is for 1 caregiver and 1 junior chef (9-15 yrs). Have an older junior chef who wants to join? Get them to register separately & make it family fun time!

Pair up with your favorite kitchen buddy and join us for one of our most popular Julianna Banana classes and learn to make fresh homemade pasta and fresh pomodoro sauce.

Learn authentic Italian pasta making skills and use the techniques and recipes from class for when you make pasta dishes for friends and family for years to come.

In this class caregivers and junior chefs team up to make the following:

  • make a pasta dough from scratch using traditional skills passed on from family generations and learned from Italian experts themselves
  • learn about various flours
  • roll out their pasta using hand and machine method
  • cut into tagliatelle
  • learn about various  sauces including pomodorino sauce using fresh seasonal ingredients
  • participants have the option to enjoy their pasta at the end of class (participants can choose to have a portion of their pasta cooked at the end of class and eat in our dining area)
  • participants will also bring home a portion of the dough they make to cook and consume at their home
