We’re making a Spring Strawberry Cake Roll ; a perfect dessert for  your Easter celebration!

You’ll be showing these off to friends and neighbors. In this 100% hands-on class, participants will learn the following:

  • learn to make the perfect sponge cake
  • learn how to decorate sponge cake with edible paint decor
  • learn to make a perfect cream filling
  • learn how to roll up your cake
  • decorate with chocolate and edible flowers; your own masterpiece!

Classes are run by pastry chefs ; learn professional tricks

All recipes, materials and tools are provided per group ticket. One set of tools and ingredients per recipe, per  ticket.

Have a baking friend who wants to join? Register them as a sous chef here and have them share in on the fun with you. (one set of ingredients and tools shared between participant and sous chef)
