Join us to make this perfectly sweet and tangy treat as we near the start of the summer….

Have older kids work independently or even better, make it a family activity by getting the household partake in making this yummy family dessert!

In this Class, participants will learn to:

1. make a perfect butter pastry shell
2. learn about the technique of blind baking
3. make a perfect lemon curd
4. make a classic meringue
5. learn to decorate the lemon tart with piping techniques

Classes are held virtually via zoom- a list of ingredients will be provided along with zoom link 7 days prior to class.
