Master Making Easter Chocolates, Saturday April 12, 6-8pm (Adults Workshop)

In this 2hr HANDS ON chocolate-making class, participants become master chocolatiers! 

Participants learn:

  1. how to make a decorate and paint a variety of chocolates (edible chocolate paint of course!)
  2. how to temper chocolate
  3. make ganache fillings: salted caramel and white chocolate strawberry ganache just in time for Easter!

Learn professional decorating tips from our professional pastry chefs and go home with a box of chocolates and cherished memories!

Recommended for adults. Youth 12yrs plus can join as sous chefs

Have a baking buddy or bestie who wants to join you? Have them join you as a sous chef join! Sous Chefs share ingredients and tools with registered participants
