In this two day short course, participants will join class for 1 hour Saturday May 28 and 1 hour Sunday May 29 to make several bread loaves.
In this class, participants will learn:
- the basics of bread making and the role of yeast and starters in making breads.
- how to start a bread dough and knead bread dough
- shaping loaves of bread and decorating loaves to achieve rustic looking loaves
- baking instructions
- a bonus bruschetta recipe to go along with the bread
Classes are held virtually via zoom- a list of ingredients will be provided along with zoom link 7 days prior to class.
