Family & Teens & Tweens Workshop for Adult – Junior Chef Pairs. Teens Ages 12-16yrs can also join as a pair or on their own too.
Step into an afternoon of creativity, delicious aromas, and hands‑on learning in our Pastry & Sweet Treats Workshop — Make it special Family Fun Time by having a caregiver join in on the fun. In this confidence‑building class, students learn how to make homemade pastry from scratch and transform it into irresistible sweet creations they’ll be proud to take home. We’ll be learning to make sweet pastry cream and other deliscious fillings for our spring-inspired tartelettes.
Guided step‑by‑step by Julianna Banana’s Cordon Bleu-trained staff, participants explore essential baking techniques, from mixing and rolling dough to shaping, filling, and decorating their treats. We focus on practical skills that bakers can use again and again — all while keeping the atmosphere relaxed, supportive, and full of laughter.
Price is per adult-junior chef pair. Teens may also choose to join together or on their own. All recipes, materials and tools are provided per ticket.
