Join our Cordon Bleu trained chef and learn how to make classic cinnamon buns and babka

In this class, participants will:

• learn the recipe and technique to making beautiful cinnamon buns & Babka
• make dough by hand to better appreciate dough consistency
• learn the trick to rolling out dough and making fancy rolls
• make fillings for their buns
• make and shape Buns AND Babka
• learn about various  fillings;
• make a glaze for the treats
• Each participant will make and bring home plenty of cinnamon buns to share

Ages:

• 12 yrs plus.
• Junior chefs 8-11yrs can accompany adults and join as a : Join as a Sous-Chef/

Class will be held at 30 Rosemount Ave, Ottawa
